Upon client requests RSM DTM Hungary Ltd. performs transfer services, which are realized either by opening a sub-account under DTM’s own account with UniCredit Bank Zrt. – typically in case of wage-type items – or by the client providing access to RSM DTM Hungary  Ltd. to its own bank account.

In case of the other alternative, the client provides DTM Ltd access to one of its main or sub-accounts managed by its bank in relation to which the on-line bank software is installed at our company. In relation to this service, the systems of the majority of the market-leading banks have already been installed on our server. As a result, we have gained experience on the use of most of the bank transfer systems.

Invoicing

On the basis of client requests, RSM DTM Hungary Ltd. issues the outgoing invoices of clients using the Revolution software in accordance with the data stipulated by the client and included in the contracts with the client’s customers.

Mail service

If requested by our clients, RSM DTM Hungary Ltd. performs in addition to comprehensive financial administration mail administration on behalf and to the benefit of the client, which covers not only bookkeeping mail obligations but also the postal service relating to buyer and supplier partners of the client.
